Zusammenfassung: | To provide a reaction unit of a microreactor capable of freely changing a flow channel length or flow channel width (volume), capable of responding to specification changes to a multistage reaction, capable of responding to requirements of specification changes by a user at low cost, further capable of heating/cooling to a reaction fluid uniformly and efficiently regardless of capability of various flow channel forms, and a reactor having the same.SOLUTION: A reaction unit has a cylindrical container 2 having a peripheral wall 20 consisting of a good thermal conductive material, and a pair of edge part walls closing both edges in an axial direction thereof 21 and 22, a piping 3 consisting of good thermal conductive material extending toward inside of the cylindrical container 2 from the edge part walls 21 and 22 and constituting a flow channel through which a reaction fluid passes, and a powdery filling material 4 consisting of a good thermal conductive material filled in an excess space between an inner surface of the cylindrical container 2 and the piping 3, in which the piping 3 is supported by the filling material 4 filled in the excess space, and is fixed in a prescribed position in the cylindrical container 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】流路長や流路幅(容量)を自在に変更でき、多段反応への仕様変更も対応可能となり、ユーザの仕様変更の要望に低コストで応えることができるとともに、さらに、種々の流路形態が可能であるにもかかわらず、反応流体に対して均一に且つ効率よく加熱/冷却することができるマイクロリアクターの反応ユニット及びこれを備えた反応装置を提供せんとする。【解決手段】良熱伝導性材料よりなる周壁20と、その軸方向両端を閉塞する一対の端部壁21,22とを備える筒状容器2と、前記端部壁21,22から前記筒状容器2の内部に向けて延設され、反応流体が流通する流路を構成する良熱伝導性材料よりなる配管3と、前記筒状容器2の内面と前記配管3との間の余剰空間に充填される良熱伝導性材料よりなる粉状の充填材4とを備え、前記配管3が、前記余剰空間に充填された充填材4に支持されることにより、前記筒状容器2内の所定位置に固定される。【選択図】図2 |
