Zusammenfassung: | To provide a power system monitoring system, power system monitoring method, and program, capable of accurately estimating stability of a system state of a power facility in the future even in a state in which the degree of learning of machine learning is low.SOLUTION: A power system monitoring system includes a system state estimation unit, input data determination unit, and stability derivation unit. The system state estimation unit estimates a system state in the future in a power system on the basis of system information measured in the power system and previously set power information including information on power demand/supply of the power system. The input data determination unit, on the basis of input data including the estimated system state and assumed accident information and learning data based on past input data generated using a predetermined evaluation model, determines the degree of learning of the learning data with respect to the input data. The stability derivation unit, using a method corresponding to the determined determination result, derives system stability of the power system in the future on the basis of the input data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】機械学習の学習度が低い状態であっても、将来の電力設備の系統状態の安定度を精度よく推定することができる電力系統監視システム、電力系統監視方法、及びプログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】電力系統監視システムは、系統状態推定部と、入力データ判定部と、安定度導出部と、を持つ。系統状態推定部は、電力系統において計測された系統情報と、予め設定された電力系統の電力の需給に関する情報とを含む電力情報と、に基づいて、電力系統における将来の系統状態を推定する。入力データ判定部は、推定された系統状態と、想定事故情報と、を含む入力データと、所定の評価モデルにより生成された過去の入力データに基づく学習データとに基づいて、学習データの入力データに対する学習度を判定する。安定度導出部は、判定された判定結果に応じた手法で、入力データに基づいて、将来の電力系統の系統安定度を導出する。【選択図】図1 |
