To provide a semiconductor laser module capable of correcting chromatic aberration and spherical aberration and of coupling laser light to an optical fiber at a high efficiency.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser module comprises: a first laser light source 11a disposed on an optical axis of a condenser lens 14 and an optical fiber 15, and outputting an elliptical first laser light having a first wavelength; a second laser light source 11b disposed around the optical axis and outputting an elliptical second laser light having a second wavelength shorter than the first wavelength; a first FAST axis-shaping lens 12a for shaping FAST axis of elliptical first laser light emitted by the first laser light source; a first SLOW axis-shaping lens 13a for shaping SLOW axis of elliptical first laser light going out from the first FAST axis-shaping lens and sending the resultant laser light toward the condenser lens; a second FAST axis-shaping lens 12b for shaping FAST axis of an elliptical second laser light emitted by the second laser light source; and a second SLOW axis-shaping lens 13b for shaping SLOW axis of elliptical second laser light going out from the second FAST axis-shaping lens and sending the resultant laser light toward the condenser lens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】色収差と球面収差とを補正でき、レーザ光を高効率に光ファイバに結合できる半導体レーザモジュール。【解決手段】集光レンズ１４及び光ファイバ１５の光軸上に配置され、第１波長を持つ楕円状の第１レーザ光を出力する第１レーザ光源１１ａと、光軸の周辺に配置され、第１波長よりも短い第２波長を持つ楕円状の第２レーザ光を出力する第２レーザ光源１１ｂと、第１レーザ光源から出射される楕円状の第１レーザ光のＦＡＳＴ軸を整形する第１ＦＡＳＴ軸整形レンズ１２ａと、第１ＦＡＳＴ軸整形レンズから出射される楕円状の第１レーザ光のＳＬＯＷ軸を整形して集光レンズに出射する第１ＳＬＯＷ軸整形レンズ１３ａと、第２レーザ光源から出射される楕円状の第２レーザ光のＦＡＳＴ軸を整形する第２ＦＡＳＴ軸整形レンズ１２ｂと、第２ＦＡＳＴ軸整形レンズから出射される楕円状の第２レーザ光のＳＬＯＷ軸を整形して集光レンズに出射する第２ＳＬＯＷ軸整形レンズ１３ｂとを備える。【選択図】図１
