COMPOSITION FOR HAIR OR SCALP

To provide a composition for hair and scalp having excellent removal ability of scalp sebum.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition for hair and scalp which comprises (A-1) glycyrrhizinic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid, their derivatives and their salts, (A-2) an extract of Swertia japonica and (A-3) at least one selected from the group consisting of tocopherol and its derivative and (B) no ethanol or 8 wt.% less of ethanol with respect to the total amount of the composition and is applied to the head part in a state of a non-foam-breaking foam.
