To provide an aligning device which stacks thin-wall parts protruding to the outside of adjacent containers (for example, egg containers) and makes an interval between the containers constant, when the containers stop or stagnate.SOLUTION: A container aligning device includes: at least two or more push-up bars arranged in a container conveyance direction; and push-up bar movable parts for inclining each of the at least two or more push-up bars in a predetermined angle and returning it to an original position so that at least part of the container is placed on a conveying body and kept in a conveyable state.
