Zusammenfassung:	To more surely join a resin substrate and a resin film up to an edge portion of a flow channel groove to manufacture a micro flow channel.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a micro flow channel chip includes a joining step of joining a resin substrate (10) and a resin film (20) with a heat press machine (6) by thermal compression bond in a state where a first elastic body sheet (30), a metal sheet (40) and a second elastic body sheet (50) harder than the first elastic body sheet (30) are arranged in this order from the side of the heat press machine (6) between the heat press machine (6) and the resin film (20).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】樹脂基板と樹脂フィルムとを接合させてマイクロ流路を製造するにあたり、流路溝の縁部分までより確実に接合できるようにする。【解決手段】樹脂基板（１０）と樹脂フィルム（２０）とを熱プレス機（６）で熱圧着して接合させる接合工程を、熱プレス機（６）と樹脂フィルム（２０）との間に、熱プレス機（６）の側から、第一弾性体シート（３０）、金属シート（４０）、及び第一弾性体シート（３０）よりも硬い第二弾性体シート（５０）の順に配置した状態で行う。【選択図】図２
