Zusammenfassung:	To efficiently, surely remove the existing coating film by simplifying an operation process without scattering and dispersing the existing coating film while securing the fitness safety of an operator.SOLUTION: A coating film removal method for removing the existing coating film 3 by using a coating film peeling agent 4 comprises: a coating process of coating the existing coating film 3 with the coating film peeling agent 4; a setting process of attaching plural coating members 5 to the outside of the existing coating film 3; and a removal process of removing the coating members 5 to peel off the softened existing coating film 3. The coating member 5 is equipped with a protrusive member 52 having magnetism.
