Zusammenfassung: | To provide a solid-liquid separation device where the workload of a user is reduced by previously preventing the blockage of a treatment object and the treatment object having a low water content can be continuously discharged without stopping operation in a screw type solid-liquid separation device.SOLUTION: A solid-liquid separation device 100 comprises: a rotary shaft 1; a screw 2; a motor 4; a laminated filtration body 3 including a plurality of fixed plates 31 and movable plates 32; an inverter 42 detecting the load degree of the rotary shaft 1; and a controlling unit 9 controlling the rotation number of the rotary shaft 1. The controlling unit 9 controls the rotation number of the rotary shaft 1 so as to make large when the load degree detected by the inverter 42 is equal to a first threshold value or larger and the rotation of the rotary shaft 1 is stopped when the load degree detected by the inverter 42 is equal to a second threshold value, which is larger than the first threshold value, or larger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】スクリュ式の固液分離装置において、被処理物の詰りを未然に防いでユーザの作業負担を軽減するとともに、運転を停止させることなく低含水率の被処理物を継続して排出することが可能な固液分離装置を提供する。【解決手段】この固液分離装置100は、回転軸1と、スクリュ2と、モータ4と、複数の固定プレート31と可動プレート32とを含む積層ろ体3と、回転軸1の負荷度合を検知するインバータ42と、回転軸1の回転数を制御する制御部9とを備える。制御部9は、インバータ42により検知した負荷度合が第1しきい値以上の場合、回転軸1の回転数を大きくする制御を行うとともに、インバータ42により検知した負荷度合が第1しきい値より大きい第2しきい値以上の場合、回転軸1の回転を停止させる制御を行うように構成されている。【選択図】図4 |
