Zusammenfassung:	To stabilize a pH-sensitive liposome which has heretofore been unstable and difficult to prepare, and to enable preparation of the pH-sensitive liposome by a simple method.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a pH-sensitive liposome, comprising the steps of: mixing a diol, a tri- or more valent polyol, and a liposome membrane component under a warm condition to prepare a mixed solution of the diol and polyol in which the liposome membrane component is dissolved; mixing and homogenizing the mixed solution and an aqueous medium warmed beforehand; quickly chilling the homogenized aqueous medium to generate a liposome; and recovering the liposome generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】これまで不安定で調製が難しかったｐＨ感受性リポソームを安定化し、簡便な方法によりｐＨ感受性リポソームの調製を可能にする。【解決手段】ジオールと、三価以上のポリオールと、リポソーム膜構成成分とを加温条件下に混合し、前記ジオールとポリオールとの混合物に、前記リポソーム膜構成成分を溶解した混合物溶液を調製する工程と、この混合物溶液と、あらかじめ加温した水性媒体とを混合し、これらを均質化する工程と、均質化された水性媒体を急冷し、リポソームを生成する工程と、生成したリポソームを回収する工程と、を含む。【選択図】図１
