Zusammenfassung: | To provide a sliding member with an indicator, which can detect wear of a sliding member located inside an apparatus and used in a sever atmosphere with high accuracy, eliminates the need of internal wiring and enables configuration of a system at a relatively low cost, and a sliding characteristic detection system using the sliding member with the indicator.SOLUTION: A sliding member 1 is provided between two mechanical components which are relatively displaceable, is held by one first mechanical component 2 and causes a sliding surface 14 to come into sliding contact with an opposing surface of the other second mechanical component 3. In the sliding member with an indicator, the sliding member is provided with a measurement indicator 4 in which a signal of acoustic emission (AE) generated by sliding friction changes when the sliding member reaches a prescribed friction amount. The measurement indicator is formed of a dissimilar material different from a main material constituting the sliding member, and an AE signal level of the dissimilar material is larger or smaller than that of the main material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】機器の内部にあり、しかも過酷な雰囲気中で使用される摺動部材の摩耗を精度よく検知でき、内部配線が不要であり、比較的安価にシステム構成できるインジケータ付き摺動部材及びそれを用いた摺動特性検知システムを提供する。【解決手段】相対的に変位する二つの機工部品間に設け、一方の第1機工部品2に保持するとともに、他方の第2機工部品3の対向面に対して摺動面14を摺接する摺動部材1であって、摺動部材には規定の摩耗量に達した際に摺動摩擦によって発生するアコースティックエミション(AE)の信号が変化する測定インジケータ4を設けたインジケータ付き摺動部材を提供する。測定インジケータが、摺動部材を構成する主材料とは異なる異種材料で形成され、主材料より異種材料の方が、AE信号レベルが大きい又は小さい。【選択図】 図4 |
