Zusammenfassung: | To save labor for molding a hollow structure separately formed concentrically on an outside of an inner hollow structure pre-molded when producing a double structure in which there is an air chamber in a middle, on the basis of the fact that a hollow duct connecting a vehicle air conditioner and an air outlet inside the vehicle is preferably a double duct and an air chamber interposed in between to improve a heat insulation performance.SOLUTION: As a result of molding an outer hollow structure (outer layer structure) 42 and then molding an inner hollow structure (inner layer structure) 44 in the same process using a pair of molds 48 and 50, a cost and labor for producing a double hollow structure (double structure) 40 are significantly reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
【課題】車両用エアコンと車内の空気吹出口とを結ぶ中空ダクトは、断熱性能を高めるためには2重のダクトで、かつ中間に空気室を介在させた構造のものが好適である。しかし、中間に空気室を存在させた2重構造体を製造するには、従来は内側の中空構造体を成形した後に、この内側の中空構造体の外側に同心的に中空構造体を別途成形する必要があり手間であった。【解決手段】1対の成形型48,50を使用して、外側の中空構造体(外層構造体)42を成形してから内側の中空構造体(内層構造体)44を同じ工程の中で成形することができるため、2重中空構造体(2重構造体)40を製造するコストや手間が大幅に低減された。【選択図】図1B |
