Zusammenfassung: | To elongate a die life of a tooth die.SOLUTION: A gear forging and molding method by which a blank is pushed into a molding space of a tooth die for molding an external surface from one side of the tooth die by a punch, and thereafter, a gear, on which an external tooth is formed, is discharged from the other side of the tooth die. Further, according to this method, a blank outer diameter restraint die, which restrains an outer diameter of the blank before pushing thereof into the molding space of the tooth die, is provided, and an inner diameter dimension of the blank outer diameter restraint die is so made as to be smaller than a large diameter dimension of a tooth of the gear which is set to the tooth die.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】歯形ダイスの型寿命を延ばすこと。【解決手段】本発明の歯車の鍛造成形方法は、パンチにより、素材を外歯成形用の歯形ダイスの一方側から歯形ダイスの成形空間に押し込み、その後、外歯が形成された歯車を歯形ダイスの他方側から排出するものである。この方法はさらに、歯形ダイスの一方側に、歯形ダイスの成形空間に押し込まれる前の素材の外径を拘束する素材外径拘束ダイスを設け、素材外径拘束ダイスの内径寸法を、歯形ダイスに設定されている歯車の歯形の大径寸法よりも小さな寸法とする。【選択図】図3 |
