CABLE UNIT OF VEHICLE

To simplify a cable connection of a terminal on a PCU side and a terminal on a rotary electric machine side in a vehicle.SOLUTION: A cable unit comprises: a cable 42 of which deformation in form is restricted; a rotary electric machine side terminal connected to a terminal of a rotary electric machine provided at one end of the cable; a PCU side terminal connected to the terminal of a PCU case 60 provided at the other end of the cable; a terminal protection cover 18 that is a terminal protection cover fixed to the other end side of the cable, includes a protection wall projected to the PCU side while surrounding a side surface of the PCU side terminal, and is fitted to a corresponding part 62 in which the protection wall is provided at the circumference of the terminal of the PCU; and a fixing member (12) which is attached to the terminal protection cover with a play, and is fixed at a predetermined position of the PCU. The play is set so as to allow deviation of a position or a direction of one or both of the terminal protection cover and the fixing member to reduce and resolve when performing a step of fixing the fixing member to the PCU and a step of fitting the protection wall to the corresponding part in a state where the rotary electric machine side terminal is fixed to the terminal of the rotary electric machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】車両のＰＣＵ側の端子と回転電機側の端子とのケーブル接続を容易化する。【解決手段】形状の変形が制限されたケーブル４２と、ケーブルの一端に設けられ回転電機の端子に接続される回転電機側端子と、ケーブルの他端に設けられＰＣＵケース６０の端子に接続されるＰＣＵ側端子と、ケーブルの他端側に固定された端子保護カバー１８であって、ＰＣＵ側端子の側面を囲んでＰＣＵ側に突起した保護壁を有し、当該保護壁がＰＣＵの端子の周囲に設けられた対応部位６２に嵌合される端子保護カバーと、端子保護カバーに遊びをもって取り付けられ、ＰＣＵの所定の位置に固定される固定部材（１２）とを備え、遊びは、回転電機側端子を回転電機の端子に固定した状態で、固定部材をＰＣＵに固定する工程と保護壁を対応部位へ嵌合する工程とを行う際に、端子保護カバーと固定部材の一方または両方の位置または方向のずれを減少・解消可能に設定されている。【選択図】図２
