Zusammenfassung:	To provide an analyzer of a production facility capable of appropriately detecting a state of the production facility and suitably utilizing the result of the state of the production facility.SOLUTION: An analyzer 41 of a production facility 1 comprises target data acquisition parts 61, 72 acquiring data related to a state of the production facility 1 detected by a detector provided in the production facility 1, statistic calculation parts 62, 75 calculating statistic about the data acquired by the target data acquisition parts 61, 72 by using a statistical method, a determination part 92 determining the state of the production facility 1 based on the statistic, and a processing part 93 performing a process according to the result obtained by the determination part 92.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】生産設備の状態を適切に検出し、生産設備の状態の結果を好適に利用することができる生産設備の解説装置を提供する。【解決手段】生産設備１の解析装置４１は、生産設備１に設けられた検出器により検出された生産設備１の状態に関するデータを取得する対象データ取得部６１，７２と、統計的手法を用いて、対象データ取得部６１，７２により取得されたデータについての統計量を算出する統計量算出部６２，７５と、統計量に基づいて生産設備１の状態を判定する判定部９２と、判定部９２の結果に応じた処置を実施する処置部９３とを備える。【選択図】図３
