Zusammenfassung: | To solve the problem in which, since a trouble is recently increased that an adhesive is peeled and tiles fall due to influence such as aged degradation of the adhesive and earthquake, a method using metal fittings for receiving tile load or a method that incorporates metal fittings by processing a rear face of a tile have been developed, but they are hardly spread because of complexity of their methods and large increase of component cost and processing cost or the like.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing process of large plate tile, one-piece molding protrusions are provided on a rear face of the large plate tile, such that fall prevention fixtures can be mounted by using them with safety and low cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】接着剤の経年劣化や地震などの影響により、接着剤が剥離してタイルが落下する事故が近年増加している為、タイルの荷重を受ける金具を併用する工法や、タイルの裏面を加工して金具を組み込む工法が考えられているが、その工法の複雑さや部品代と加工費コストの大巾増などの理由により普及しづらい状況であった。【解決手段】大板タイルの製造過程において裏面に一体成形の凸部を設け、それを利用して安全にかつ低コストに落下防止金具を取付けできるようにした。【選択図】図4 |
