RESIN COMPOSITION CONTAINING CELLULOSE FIBER, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND MOLDED ARTICLE

To provide a method of a molded article having excellent mechanical physical properties, a resin composition containing a cellulose fiber for a raw material of the molded article, and a method of manufacturing the composition.SOLUTION: [1] The resin composition containing a cellulose fiber includes: polyethylene having a melt flow rate (MFR) measured in conformity with JIS K7210 under the condition of a load of 10 kgf at 190°C of 0.5-25 g/10 min.; and a cellulose fiber dispersed in the polyethylene. [2] In the resin composition containing a cellulose fiber described in [1], the average fiber width of the cellulose fiber is 2-15,000 nm, and the average fiber length is 0.1-2.0 mm. [3] In the resin composition containing a cellulose fiber described in any of [1] and [2], at least a part of the cellulose is a cellulose at least a part of whose hydroxyl groups is chemically modified.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】優れた機械的物性を有する成形体の製造方法、並びにその成形体の材料となるセルロース繊維含有樹脂組成物及びその製造方法の提供を課題とする。【解決手段】［１］JIS K7210に準拠して１９０℃、荷重１０ｋｇｆの条件で測定したメルトフローレート（ＭＦＲ）が０．５〜２５ｇ／１０分であるポリエチレンと、該ポリエチレン中に分散されたセルロース繊維と、を含むセルロース繊維含有樹脂組成物。［２］前記セルロース繊維の平均繊維幅が２〜１５，０００ｎｍであり、且つ、平均繊維長が０．１〜２．０ｍｍである［１］に記載のセルロース繊維含有樹脂組成物。［３］前記セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部が、水酸基の少なくとも一部が化学修飾されたセルロース繊維である［１］又は［２］の何れか一項に記載のセルロース繊維含有樹脂組成物。【選択図】なし
