ROTARY PUNCHING MACHINE FOR PUNCHING MATERIAL PIECE FROM SUBSTRATE

To provide a rotary punching machine which enables no problem removal of a chip from a substrate, transportation of the chip by a punching cylinder and discharge of the chip from a punching die or a punching cutter.SOLUTION: A rotary punching machine (2) provided with a punching cylinder (3) and an impression cylinder (4), in which the punching cylinder is connected to a suction pneumatic power source (7), and further, the punching cutter (10), which is located on the punching cylinder, has a closed shape (11), and a suction opening (12) inside the closed shape.
