Zusammenfassung: | To safely transport a flexible container which accommodates contaminated soil and is stored in a temporary storage yard to an intermediate storage facility without causing a risk of radioactive contamination to the outside.SOLUTION: When transporting radioactive wastes which are accommodated in a cylindrical storage flexible container 3, and temporarily stored therein to an intermediate storage facility, the cylindrical transport flexible container 1 is put on an attachment pedestal which is composed of a cylindrical frame body corresponding to the container in a shape and a dimension, and attached thereto in an upwardly-opened forward erecting state, the storage container is hung down from an upper opening part of the transport flexible container, and put into the transport flexible container, the upper opening part of the transport container is sealed, and the storage container is transported to the intermediate storage facility together with the transport flexible container.EFFECT: Even if damage occurs in the storage flexible container due to deterioration, the leakage of a radial ray to the outside can be avoided, and transport can be easily and safely performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】汚染土壌を収容して仮置場に保管されている保管用のフレコンを外部に対する放射能汚染のおそれなく中間貯蔵施設に対して安全に輸送すること。【解決手段】筒状の保管用フレコン3に収容されて一時的に保管されている放射性廃棄物を中間貯蔵施設に輸送する際に、筒状の輸送用フレコン1を形状及び寸法がこれと対応する筒状のフレーム体からなる取付架台にかぶせて上方に開口した正立状態で取り付け、保管用コンテナを前記輸送用フレコンの上方開口部から吊下して前記輸送用フレコンの内部に入れ、前記輸送用フレコンの上方開口部を密封して、前記保管用コンテナを前記輸送用フレコン共に中間貯蔵施設に輸送する【効果】劣化によって保管用のフレコンに破損が生じている場合でも放射線の外部への漏洩を避けることができ、輸送を容易かつ安全に行うことができる。【選択図】図4 |
