CHEMICAL FEEDER AND COOLING TOWER FACILITY

To provide a chemical feeder which can supply an amount of a chemical agent set according to fluctuation of a load imposed on a cooling tower facility to a coolant, and to provide the cooling tower facility including the chemical feeder.SOLUTION: A chemical feeder at least includes: a container which houses a solid chemical agent disposed outside a cooling tower; and a dissolution water supply line which supplies at least a part of makeup water supplied to the cooling tower as dissolution water for dissolving the solid chemical agent.
