Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for measuring a grain size of a granular material, which is superior in economy and efficiency to allow a grain size of a granular material to be early and easily measured from a stack of the granular material without a scaler like an actual scale.SOLUTION: The method for measuring a grain size of a granular material comprises the steps of: three-dimensionally measuring a stack of the granular material; converting acquired data to a grayscale image with a plurality of gradations of luminosity in a depth direction to obtain slice images; extracting one slice image to subject the slice image to noise removal processing; subjecting the resulting slice image to contour highlighting processing and further noise removal processing and then detecting the granular material by labeling processing; repeating these steps for the number of times corresponding to the number of the plurality of slice images; integrating data of the plurality of slice images in the depth direction to perform region division processing; and approximating the granular material after the region division processing to an equivalent circle to measure a grain size of the granular material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】実寸スケール等のスケール材なしに、粒状材料の集積物から粒状材料の粒径を、早期かつ簡易に計測することができ、経済性、効率性に優れた粒状材料の粒径計測方法を提供する。【解決手段】粒状材料の集積物の三次元計測を行う工程と、取得したデータを深さ方向に複数階調の明度のグレースケール画像に変換してスライス画像を取得する工程と、1枚のスライス画像を抽出し当該スライス画像にノイズ除去処理を行う工程と、続いて輪郭を強調する処理を行い、さらにノイズ除去処理を行った後、ラベリング処理により粒状材料を検出する工程と、これらの工程を前記複数のスライス画像の枚数分繰り返し行う工程と、複数のスライス画像のデータを深さ方向に統合し、領域分割処理を行う工程と、前記領域分割処理後の粒状材料を同面積の円に近似させ、もって、当該粒状材料の粒径を計測する工程とからなる。【選択図】図1 |
