Zusammenfassung:	To provide a novel structure capable of eliminating hammering work and eliminating the impact sound, and smoothly connecting an end of one cylindrical bar to the other columnar bar.SOLUTION: A fixing metal fitting 10 is provided on a column 1, a rotary coupling metal fitting 20 to be connected to the fixing metal fitting at an end of a horizontal material 2, a reverse rotation stopper metal fitting 30 and a falling off prevention pin 40 are provided. When an end part of the horizontal material is fitted to an outer peripheral surface of the column by fitting the end of the horizontal material so that the rotary coupling metal fitting wraps the fixing metal fitting from a notch 21, an engaging collar 12 of the fixing metal fitting is locked being positioned on an inner surface of the rotary coupling metal fitting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】新規な構造でもって、叩き込み作業を無くして打撃音を無くし、一方の円柱状棒材に他方の筒状棒材の端部を交差して円滑に連結する。【解決手段】支柱１に固定金具１０を設け、水平材２の端部に固定金具に結合する回転結合金具２０、逆回転止め金具３０及び脱落防止ピン４０を設ける。水平材の端部を、回転結合金具がその切欠き２１から固定金具を包むように嵌めて支柱の外周面に当てがうと、固定金具の係止鍔１２が回転結合金具の内面に位置して係止する。【選択図】図３
