Zusammenfassung: | To provide a laminate comprising a thinned glass plate and a resin film that are bonded together by means of an adhesive.SOLUTION: A laminate 1 has a configuration in which a glass plate 4 having a thickness of 150 μm or less and a resin film 6 are laminated together via an adhesive layer 5, and has bending capability in a direction along the MD direction of the resin film. The laminate 1 of the present invention preferably has a bending resistance of 10 or more according to the following test. Bending resistance test: A set of operation comprises bending the laminate 1 by 180° from a stretched state so as to have a bending radius of 3 mm in a direction in which a surface of the glass plate becomes concave and which runs along the MD direction of the resin film, and then stretching the laminate 1 again. The operation is performed at the rate of 43 sets per minute, and the number of the sets before a crack develops in the laminate 1 is regarded as an index of the bending resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】薄化ガラス板と樹脂フィルムとが接着剤で接合されてなる積層体の提供。【解決手段】積層体1は、厚みが150μm以下であるガラス板4と樹脂フィルム6とが、接着層5を介して積層された構成を有する積層体1であって、前記樹脂フィルムのMD方向に沿う方向に屈曲機能を有する。本発明の積層体1は、下記試験による屈曲耐久性が10以上であることが好ましい。屈曲耐久性試験:積層体1を伸ばした状態から、ガラス板の面が凹となる方向に、且つ樹脂フィルムのMD方向に沿う方向に、屈曲半径が3mmとなるように180°折り曲げ、再び伸ばす動作を1セットとし、1分間に43セットの速さで前記動作を行った際における、積層体1にクラックが生じるまでのセット数を屈曲耐久性の指標とする【選択図】図4 |
