PRODUCTION SUPPORT SYSTEM AND PRODUCTION SUPPORT METHOD

To provide a production support system and a production support method permitting appropriate production management even in a case where a model number is allocated in a production process.SOLUTION: A production support system according to an embodiment allocates a predicted model number to a work in process before a process in which a model number is allocated. The production support system comprises a predicted model number calculation unit which, based on information on a work in process before the process in which the model number is allocated and to which no model number is allocated, a requirement of the model number provided with a priority from a required information calculation unit which calculates a required number of products having the predetermined model number on an individual model number basis, and model number allocation condition information for predicting what model number is possessed by each work in process not allocated with the model number present in the production process of the product, obtains all allocatable model number candidates for each of the works in process and extracts and uniquely calculates the model number with the highest priority from among the obtained allocatable model number candidates for the predicted model number of the work in process not allocated with the aforementioned model number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】生産過程において型番が割り付けられる場合であっても、適切な生産管理を行うことができる生産支援システムおよび生産支援方法を提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態に係る生産支援システムは、型番が割り付けられる工程より前の工程にある仕掛品に予測型番を割り付ける生産支援システムである。生産支援システムは、前記型番が割り付けられる工程より前の工程にある前記型番が割り付けられていない仕掛品の情報と、所定の型番を有する製品の所要数を型番別に演算する所要情報演算部から提供された優先順位が付与された前記型番の所要と、製品の生産工程にある型番が割り付けられていない各仕掛品がどのような型番になるかを予測する型番割り付け条件情報と、に基づいて、前記仕掛品毎に割り付け可能な型番候補をすべて求めて、前記型番が割り付けられていない仕掛品に対する予測型番を、前記求められた割り付け可能な型番の候補の中から優先順位の最も高い型番を抽出して一意に演算する予測型番演算部を備えている。【選択図】図１
