Zusammenfassung:To provide a sensor diagnostic device enabled to diagnose a temperature sensor provided to heat generating equipment even when a timer is abnormal.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a sensor diagnostic device 20 which is mounted on an electric vehicle comprising on-vehicle equipment including a battery 14 charged by an external power supply and a motor 12, and diagnoses a temperature sensor 13 of heat generating equipment 12 generating heat during vehicle operation in the on-vehicle equipment and also radiating heat during soaking, the sensor diagnostic device comprising an SOC detection part 3b, a clock part 4a which measures a soaking time based upon clocking of a timer 1a measuring a time during soaking, a variation quantity detection part 4b which detects a charging rate variation quantity before and after the soaking based upon a detection result of the SOC detection part 3b, and a temperature sensor diagnostic part 4c which diagnoses the temperature sensor 13. The temperature sensor diagnostic part 4c diagnoses the temperature sensor 13 once the soaking time exceeds a predetermined time when timer information is obtained, and diagnoses the temperature sensor 13 once a charging rate variation quantity exceeds a predetermined quantity when no timer information is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】タイマ異常の場合でも、発熱機器に設けられた温度センサを診断できるようにした、センサ診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】外部電源で充電されるバッテリ14とモータ12とを含む車載機器を備えた電動車両に装備され、車載機器の内で車両動作中に発熱する一方でソーク中に放熱する発熱機器12の温度センサ13を診断するセンサ診断装置20であり、SOC検出部3b、ソーク中に計時するタイマ1aの計時に基づいてソーク時間を計測する計時部4a、SOC検出部3bの検出結果に基づいてソーク前後の充電率変化量を検出する変化量検出部4b、及び、温度センサ13を診断する温度センサ診断部4cを備える。温度センサ診断部4cは、タイマ情報が得られた場合にはソーク時間が所定時間を超えると温度センサ13を診断し、タイマ情報が得られない場合には、充電率変化量が所定量を超えると温度センサ13を診断する。【選択図】図3
