Zusammenfassung:To provide an AC generator capable of controlling a phase of an oscillator in a wider range.SOLUTION: An AC generator includes a magnetic oscillation element (STO) 2 having an oscillation layer 25 where magnetization performs precession when a DC current flows, a non-oscillation layer 23 where a magnetization direction changes when a magnetic field is applied, and an intermediate layer 24 placed between the oscillation layer and the non-oscillation layer, and converting a DC current or a DC voltage into AC power, and a phase control section for changing a magnetization direction of the non-oscillation layer by applying a magnetic field to the non-oscillation layer, thereby changing a phase of the AC power generated from the magnetic oscillation element 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】発振器の位相をより広い範囲で制御できる交流発生装置を提供する。【解決手段】交流発生装置は、直流電流が流れることにより磁化が歳差運動する発振層25と、磁界が印加されることにより磁化方向が変化する非発振層23と、発振層と非発振層との間に配置された中間層24と、を有し、直流電流または直流電圧を交流電力に変換する磁性発振素子(STO)2と、非発振層に磁界を印加することにより非発振層の磁化方向を変化させ、磁性発振素子2が発生させる交流電力の位相を変化させる位相制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図2
