Zusammenfassung:To provide a control circuit with which it is possible to adjust the light output and the light-emission color of a light-emitting device using only a pulse power input, which corresponds to a constant voltage power input, and which is simple in constitution and can be reduced in size, and a light-emitting device using the control circuit.SOLUTION: A control circuit of a light-emitting device includes: a signal-generating circuit electrically connected to a pulse power source acting as a power supply source for a plurality of light source circuits each comprising a light-emitting part; and a switching circuit electrically connected to at least one of the light source circuits. The signal-generating circuit is provided with a first resistor and a capacitor in series. The capacitor is provided with a bypass circuit including a second resistor. The switching circuit is provided with a switching element. A control signal from the signal-generating circuit acts as an ON signal or an OFF signal for the switching circuit depending on the waveform of the pulse power source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 【課題】パルス電力入力のみによって発光装置の光出力と発光色の調整が可能で、定電圧電力入力に対応した、構成が簡単で小型化が図れる制御回路と、その制御回路を用いた発光装置を提供する。
