Zusammenfassung: | To enable a most suitable metal that corresponds to a field where it is used to be easily selected as an electrode material for the cathode electrode of an ultraviolet sensor.SOLUTION: A database is provided in which indices (ultimate sensitivity wavelength, work function) indicating the boundary of whether or not an electric discharge corresponding to each plane orientation of a metal material will occur are written for each of different metal materials. When a range of indices required for a cathode electrode (e.g., ultimate sensitivity wavelength of 270 nm or greater) is designated, a metal material and a plane orientation satisfying the designated range of indices are extracted from the database, and the extracted metal material and plane orientation are displayed on the screen of a display 107 as selected candidates for the electrode material of the cathode electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】紫外線センサのカソード電極の電極材料として、使用されるフィールドに応じた最適な金属を簡単に選定できるようにする。【解決手段】異なる金属材料毎にその金属材料の各面方位に対応する放電が生じるか否かの境界を示す指標(限界感度波長、仕事関数)が書き込まれたデータベースを設ける。カソード電極に要求される指標の範囲(例えば、限界感度波長270nm以上)が指定された場合、データベースからその指定された指標の範囲を満たす金属材料および面方位を抽出し、その抽出した金属材料および面方位をカソード電極の電極材料の選定候補としてディスプレイ107の画面に表示する。【選択図】 図1 |
