Zusammenfassung:To provide an ignition timing control device of an internal combustion engine which can prevent that torque outputted from the internal combustion engine becomes difficult to be increased.SOLUTION: A control device 30 being an ignition timing control device comprises: an F/B correction part 302 for updating an F/B correction value eaksc on the basis of a determination result whether or not knocking is generated in an internal combustion engine; a learning part 305 for updating an instantaneous component learning value and a long-term component learning value on the basis of a learning update amount based on the F/B correction value eaksc, and derives a total learning value eatll on the basis of the instantaneous component learning value and the long-term component learning value; and a requirement derivation part 307 for deriving timing which is corrected to a retardation side rather than base ignition timing eacalbse on the basis of the F/B correction value eaksc and the total learning value eatll.
