Zusammenfassung:To suppress occurrence of backlash or drop of a brush holder by improving a coupling strength of the brush holder to a holding member.SOLUTION: A brush holder 29 mold-fixed to a resin body 27 of a cover member 3 is formed while being folded in a square cylinder shape and includes a first sidewall part 33, a second sidewall part 34, a third sidewall part 35 and a fourth sidewall part 36. A pair of a first groove part 43 and a second groove part 44 being parallel in a circumferential direction are formed in each of planar parts 33a-36a of the sidewall parts. Each of the groove parts is formed in such a manner that a cross-section is V-shaped, and filled with a molten resin in the case of resin mold formation of the cover member. Thus, a coupling strength of the resin body and the brush holder is improved by enlarged contact areas of the groove parts after curing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】保持部材に対するブラシホルダの結合力を高めて、該ブラシホルダのガタツキや脱落の発生を抑制する。【解決手段】カバー部材3の樹脂体27にモールド固定されるブラシホルダ29は、四角筒状に折曲形成されて、第1側壁部33と、第2側壁部34と、第3側壁部35と、第4側壁部36と、を有している。各側壁部の平面部33a〜36aのそれぞれには、周方向に沿った並行な一対の第1溝部43と第2溝部44が形成されている。この各溝部は、横断面V字形状に形成されて、カバー部材を樹脂モールド成形する際に、内部に溶融樹脂を充填される。これによって、硬化した後に、各溝部の拡大された接触面積によって前記樹脂体とブラシホルダとの結合力が高められる。【選択図】図5
