METHOD FOR INSTALLATION OF SPRAY PIPE

To provide a method for installation of a spray pipe by which a spray pipe can be accurately located along a horizontal direction.SOLUTION: A method for installation of a spray pipe comprises: an insertion process in which a spray pipe is inserted from an opening; an arrangement process in which the spray pipe is arranged so as to become a state that an installation surface of a leg faces a supporting surface of a pipe support; a temporary tightening process in which a fastening part is temporarily tightened, thereby connecting a fitting flange and the opening to each other; an adjustment process in which a height of the installation surface to the supporting surface is adjusted so that an axis line of extension of a pipe part becomes coincident with a horizontal plane in the state that temporary tightening is performed in the temporary tightening process; a connection process in which the leg and the pipe support are connected to each other by the fastening part after the adjustment process; and a final tightening process in which the fastening part is finally tightened after the connection process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 【課題】スプレイパイプを水平方向に沿って正確に配置するスプレイパイプの設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】開口部からスプレイパイプを挿入する挿入工程と、脚部の設置面がパイプサポートの支持面と対向した状態となるようにスプレイパイプを配置する配置工程と、締結部を仮締めして取付フランジと開口部とを連結する仮締め工程と、仮締め工程で仮締めした状態で、パイプ部が延びる軸線が水平面と一致するように支持面に対する設置面の高さを調整する調整工程と、調整工程後に、締結部により脚部とパイプサポートとを連結する連結工程と、連結工程後に、締結部を本締めする本締め工程と、を備えるスプレイパイプの設置方法を提供する。【選択図】図１３
