Zusammenfassung:To provide a metal body capable of continuously eluting iron ions in a submerged state by using a waste resin hardening material as an environmental regeneration base material and spraying iron onto the surface thereof.SOLUTION: A resin-metal body with an iron coating is formed by spraying thermally-fused iron onto a waste resin surface, and, in a state being submerged in seawater, the metal body continuously elutes ferrous ions (Fe) from the surface-layer iron film to adjust a nutrient balance of the coastal shallow sea water. This configuration thus contributes to prevention of red tide/rocky-shore denudation phenomena, and reduces the global warming gas through activation of photosynthesis of seaweeds, sea grasses, and phytoplankton so as to proliferate zooplankton. Accordingly, the fishing bank block with high fish and shellfish gathering effects is regenerated and provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】廃樹脂硬化物を環境再生基材として、その表面に鉄をまぶし水中に没する状態で継続的に鉄イオンを溶出する金属体の提供。【解決手段】廃樹脂表面に加熱溶融された鉄を吹き付けて、鉄被膜付き樹脂金属体を形成し、同金属体を海中に没した状態で表層の鉄の膜から2価の鉄イオン(Fe2+)を継続溶出させることにより沿岸浅海域海水の栄養バランスを整え、赤潮・磯焼け現象防止に資すると共に、海藻・海草・植物プランクトンの光合成活性化を通じて地球温暖化ガス削減を図り、もって動物プランクトンを増殖、魚介蝟集効果の高い漁礁ブロックに再生提供する。【選択図】なし
