Zusammenfassung:To provide a touch panel that has a sensor electrode with low resistance, excellent visibility, a thin, narrow frame, and prevents an effect of a liquid crystal display (LCD) noise.SOLUTION: A capacitive touch panel includes an upper sensor electrode, lower sensor electrode, lead-out wiring for the upper sensor electrode, lead-out wiring for the lower sensor electrode, and an insulating film that insulates the upper sensor electrode from the lower sensor electrode. Either one of the upper sensor electrode or lower sensor electrode is formed of a thin metallic wire, and the other is formed of a composition containing metal nanowires.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】センサ電極の抵抗が低く、視認性に優れ、薄く、狭額縁で、LCD(液晶ディスプレイ)ノイズの影響を受けにくいタッチパネルを提供する。【解決手段】上部センサ電極と、下部センサ電極と、上部センサ電極の引き出し配線と、下部センサ電極の引き出し配線と、前記上部センサ電極と前記下部センサ電極を絶縁する絶縁膜とを備え、前記上部センサ電極又は前記下部センサ電極のどちらか一方は金属細線で形成され、もう一方は金属ナノワイヤを含有する組成物で形成されることを特徴とする静電容量方式タッチパネル。【選択図】図2
