Each toner particle includes a toner base particle that contains a binder resin, and an external additive. The external additive contains external additive particles 3 that are attached to surfaces of the toner base particles. Each external additive particle 3 includes a titania particle 4, silica particles 5 that are arranged on a surface of the titania particle 4, and adhesive members 6 that bond silica particles 5 to the titania particle 4. A number average particle diameter of the silica particles 5 is 25 nm or more and 105 nm or less.
