Zusammenfassung:To construct a content inspection system of a package product which can perform accurate inspection of a content and which is inexpensive and small in scale.SOLUTION: A package product having a content contained in a packaging material transmitting far-infrared light, the package product being at a first temperature uniformly, is irradiated with far-infrared light having radiation intensity based on a second temperature different from the first temperature. Far-infrared light radiated from the package product is photographed by a far-infrared camera. Inspection of the content is performed on the basis of an image showing spatial intensity distribution of the photographed far-infrared light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】内容物の正確な検査を行うことが可能で、しかも廉価にして小規模のパッケージ品の内容物検査システムの構築に資する。【解決手段】遠赤外光を透過する包装材に内容物を収納してなるパッケージ品であって、一様な第1温度にあるパッケージ品に対し、第1温度とは異なる第2温度による放射強度をもつ遠赤外光を放射し、パッケージ品から放出される遠赤外光を遠赤外線カメラにより撮影し、当該撮影された遠赤外光の空間強度分布を示す画像に基づいて、内容物の検査を行う。【選択図】図1
