Zusammenfassung: | To stack a plurality of products being transferred by a robot in an overlapped state while being partially displaced, and to convey them in the overlapped state.SOLUTION: A product stacking and conveying apparatus according to the present invention includes: a product conveying device 11 for conveying an individual product 1; a packaged object conveying conveyor device 12; and a product transferring robot 13 for transferring the product 1 on the product conveying device 11 to the packaged object conveying conveyor device 12. A conveyance surface of the packaged object conveying conveyor device 12 is formed in a state where a large number of roller bodies 20 arranged so as to extend in a lateral direction orthogonal to a conveying direction are disposed in the front and rear along the conveying direction, the roller body 20 has a plurality of protrusions 22 in its axial direction, and further side-slipping is prevented by the contact of the product with a second surface 22b of the protrusion. The product transferring robot 13 displaces the held products 1 in the lateral direction and supplies them so as to come into a state where the products 1 adjacent in the lateral direction on the conveyance surface are partially overlapped with one another. 【課題】ロボットによる製品の移し替えによる複数の製品を一部ずらしながら重ねた状態に集積すること並びにその状態で搬送することができるようにする。【解決手段】個々の製品1を搬送する製品搬送装置11と、被包装物搬送コンベア装置12と、製品搬送装置11上の製品1を被包装物搬送コンベア装置12に移し替える製品移し替えロボット13を備える。被包装物搬送コンベア装置12の搬送面は、搬送方向に対して直交する横方向に延びるように配置されるローラ本体20を搬送方向に沿って前後に多数配置した状態に形成され、ローラ本体20は、その軸方向に複数の突条部22を備え、突条部の第二面22bに製品が接触してそれ以上の横すべりを阻止する。製品移し替えロボット13は、保持した製品1を、横方向にずらし、搬送面上で横方向に隣接する製品1同士が一部重なる状態になるように供給するようにした。供給された状態のまま荷崩れなく搬送できる。【選択図】図4 |
