Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method of an imaging lens unit, capable of forming a holder member with less components and capable of avoiding formation of ghost and flare due to positioning shape, problems of appearances types, and degradation of dimensional precision.SOLUTION: In an installation step, a position of a lens 10 is fixed in a mold by using one of a pressing member (projection) of one of projections which are a pair of pressing members provided at positions corresponding to at least one of a pair of openings OP1,OP2, hence the lens 10 can be fixed in the mold securely under a state of not preventing molding of the holder member 40 and influencing a shape of the holder member 40. By this, degradation of dimensional precision due to a large residual positioning shape in the holder member 40 can be avoided. Moreover, the holder member 40 is formed integrally, hence increase in the number of components for assembly of the holder and complication of component shapes at connection parts can be avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】少ない部品でホルダー部材を形成することができ、位置決め形状に起因するゴーストやフレアーの発生、外観仕様上の問題、寸法精度の悪化等を回避することができる撮像レンズユニットの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】設置工程で、金型によって一対の開口OP1,OP2に対応する位置に設けた一対の押圧部材である突起のうち一方の押圧部材(突起)によってレンズ10を位置決めするため、ホルダー部材40の成形を妨げずホルダー部材40の形状に影響を与えない状態で、レンズ10を金型内に確実に固定することができる。これにより、ホルダー部材40に大きな位置決め形状が残って寸法精度が劣化することを回避できる。また、ホルダー部材40が一括形成されるので、ホルダー組み立てのための部品点数の増加や接続部における部品形状の複雑化を回避できる。【選択図】図1 |
