To provide a rotary compressor capable of reducing the distortion of a cylinder due to bolt fastening.SOLUTION: A middle plate (50) is split into a first split plate (60) arranged on the side of a front cylinder (30) and a second split plate (65) arranged on the side of a rear cylinder (35). The first split plate (60) and a front head (20) are fastened by a plurality of fastening bolts (55) while holding the front cylinder (30) therebetween. The second split plate (65) and a rear head (25) are fastened by the plurality of fastening bolts (55) while holding the rear cylinder (35) therebetween.
