Zusammenfassung:	To provide a viscosity-reducing agent composition capable of improving fluidity of a concentrated black liquor and a black liquor concentration method thereof.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a viscosity-reducing agent composition for reducing a viscosity of a black liquor in a black liquor concentration step in a chemical pulp production process, wherein the viscosity-reducing agent composition contains a radical scavenger.
