PACKING BOX AND PACKAGE

To provide a packing box and a package, openable easily, restricting unintended tear open as well as easing strain on fingers when opening.SOLUTION: A packing box 1 consists of a top panel 11, a bottom panel 12, a back panel 13, a front panel 14, a first side panel 15, and a second side panel 16. The back panel 13 has a first upper flap part 13c, a first lower flap part 13d, a pressing part 31, located in the neighborhood of the first upper flap part 13c between the first upper flap part 13c and the first lower flap part 13d, which is folded inside toward the top panel 11, and a pair of first break lines 32 and 33, connecting to the pressing part 31. The first side panel 15 and the second side panel 16 have a pair of second break lines 41 and 42, connecting to the first break lines 32 and 33 respectively.
