Zusammenfassung:To provide an electronic device capable of suppressing influences of noise at charging while saving its weight.SOLUTION: An electronic device 100 is mounted on a vehicle having a battery that is chargeable via a charging plug of a charging device provided outside the vehicle. The electronic device 100 comprises a PMOS 50, a CPU 10, and a semiconductor switch control circuit 40 that can be controlled by the CPU 10. The PMOS 50 is provided on a current path formed between an on-vehicle power supply 71 of the electronic device 100 and the charging device when the charging plug is attached to the vehicle, and conducts and blocks the current path by being on/off-controlled by using a specific voltage in the electronic device 100 as a reference voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】軽量化しつつ、充電時におけるノイズの影響を抑制できる電子装置を提供すること。【解決手段】電子装置100は、車両の外部に設けられた充電装置の充電プラグを介して充電可能なバッテリを有した車両に搭載される。電子装置100は、PMOS50と、CPU10と、CPU10によって制御可能な半導体スイッチ制御回路40とを備えている。PMOS50は、充電プラグが車両に取り付けられた際に、電子装置100の車載電源71と充電装置との間に形成される電流経路上に設けられており、電子装置100の内部における特定電圧を基準電圧としてオン及びオフすることで電流経路を導通及び遮断する。【選択図】図1
