SUSPICIOUS PERSON DETECTING APPARATUS AND PROGRAM

To provide a suspicious person detecting apparatus and a program, that can detect suspicious persons accurately without requiring any special equipment for guarding persons or guarded persons.SOLUTION: On the basis of a plurality of photographed images acquired with a camera 40 that consecutively shoots a monitored area 60, physical quantities representing behavioral states of persons present in the monitored area 60 are derived; an average of the derived physical quantities among the preset number of persons is calculated; on the basis of difference of the persons present in the monitored area 60 from the calculated average of the physical quantity, level of suspiciousness of the persons present in the monitored area 60 is identified; and on the basis of the identified level of suspiciousness, a suspicious person is detected out of the persons present in the monitored area 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】守備者や被守備者に対して特別な装備を義務づけることなく、高精度で不審者を検出することのできる不審者検出装置およびプログラムを得る。【解決手段】監視対象領域６０を連続的に撮影するカメラ４０により得られた複数の撮影画像に基づいて、監視対象領域６０に存在する人の行動状態を示す物理量を導出し、導出した前記物理量の予め定められた人数での平均値を演算し、監視対象領域６０に存在する人の前記物理量の前記演算した平均値からの差分に基づいて、監視対象領域６０に存在する人の不審度を特定し、特定した不審度に基づいて、監視対象領域６０に存在する人から不審者を検出する。【選択図】図２
