Zusammenfassung:	To provide a measurement method using a touch probe capable of improving measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: When a distal end ball 13a of a stylus attached to a touch probe comes in contact with an object to be measured, a contact position of the distal end ball coming in contact with the object to be measured is controlled to be the same, the touch probe is installed at a main shaft of a machine tool, and the contact position of the distal end ball is controlled to be identified. The object to be measured is a reference sphere 11 attached to the main shaft of the machine tool and a position of the reference sphere 11 is measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】測定精度の向上を図ることができるタッチプローブを用いた計測方法を提供する。【解決手段】タッチプローブに取り付けたスタイラスの先端球１３ａが、被計測物に接触する際に、被計測物に接触する先端球の接触位置が同一になるように制御され、タッチプローブは工作機械の工具主軸に装着され、先端球の接触位置が割り出し制御されている。被計測物は工作機械の主軸に取り付けた基準球１１であり基準球１１の位置を計測するものである。【選択図】図１
