Zusammenfassung:	To form a heat exchange block in a simple form at low costs.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a heat exchanger (1) including a heat exchange block (2) and a diffuser (3) connected to the heat exchange block (2). According to the invention, at least one connection pin (4) is integrally formed with a surface (5) of the heat exchange block (2). At least one through opening (12) into which the connection pin (4) is inserted when the heat exchanger (1) is assembled is formed at the diffuser (3).
