CENTERING JIG, WARMAN(R) PUMP MAINTENANCE METHOD EMPLOYING THE SAME

To provide a centering jig which allows even a non-skilled person to surely and easily perform centering by supporting a work relating to frame plate exchange of a Warman(R) pump, and a Warman(R) pump maintenance method employing the same.SOLUTION: In a centering jig (1), an outer diameter (D1) is matched with an inner diameter (E) of an expeller ring (40), an inner diameter (D2) is matched with an outer diameter (F) of a shaft sleeve (70), and a diameter of one opening is expanded in a funnel shape. A maintenance method includes the steps of: mounting the expeller ring with the centering jig to a renewal frame plate; attaching a renewal frame plate with the centering jig; removing the expeller ring with the centering jig; attaching a seal to a renewal expeller ring; and attaching a renewal expeller ring with the seal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】ワーマンポンプのフレームプレート交換に係る作業を補助し、非熟練者でも芯出しを確実容易にする芯出し治具、及びそれを用いたワーマンポンプメンテナンス方法を提供する。【解決手段】芯出し治具（１）は、外径（Ｄ１）がエキスペラリング（４０）の内径（Ｅ）と一致し、内径（Ｄ２）が軸スリーブ（７０）の外径（Ｆ）と一致し、一方の開口を漏斗型に拡径した。メンテナンス方法は、更新フレームプレートに芯出し治具付きのエキスペラリングを装着する工程と、芯出し治具付き更新フレームプレートを取付ける工程と、芯出し治具付きのエキスペラリングを取外す工程と、更新エキスペラリングにシールを取付ける工程と、シール付き更新エキスペラリングを取付ける工程とを有する。【選択図】図３
