To provide hair deformation processing methods which can efficiently perform semi-permanent or permanent deformation to the hair with less damage to the hair and without damaging the suppleness and stiffness of the hair.SOLUTION: Provided is a hair deformation processing method comprising applying to the hair a hair deformation processing agent constituted by a single composition containing components (A) to (C), or a plurality of compositions comprising a composition containing components (A) and (C) and a composition containing components (B) and (C), in a composition containing the component (B) among the compositions constituting the hair deformation processing agent, all or part of the component (B) being present in an undissolved state.
