To provide a sheet for copy prevention information recording and a copy prevention information recording sheet which make predetermined information to be recorded impossible to copy so as to ensure robustness without increasing the number of formation layers and make it possible to visually confirm the recording of the copy prevention object information.SOLUTION: A copy prevention layer 13 is formed by printing by using infrared transmitting ink in the area where the copy prevention object information on a base material 12 is recorded and a laser recording layer 15 of a resin having a laser absorbing member is formed on the base material 12 including the copy prevention layer 13 via a bonding layer 14.
