MOLDING APPARATUS FOR COMPOSITE MATERIAL MOLDED ARTICLE AND MOLDING METHOD

To provide a molding apparatus for a composite material molded article and a molding method which can improve a fluidity of a resin injected into a mold and can mold a composite material molded article quickly without causing impregnation failure.SOLUTION: A molding apparatus 100 for a composite material molded article 20 includes a relatively openable and closable mold 110 forming a cavity 140 having an inner shape conforming to an outer shape of the composite material molded article, and a resin injection part 150 for injecting a resin 22 into a cavity. The molding apparatus further includes a slide mold 160 provided slidably in the mold and capable of changing a size of a cross section of a flow passage of a part of the flow passage through which an injected resin flows.
