METHOD TO PROCESS FREE-FORM SURFACE INTO LONG MATERIAL

To provide a method to process a free-form surface into a long material improving accuracy of final finished state of a product that the free-form surface is processed into the long material.SOLUTION: After processing of a free-form surface into a long material 1 with a state that a convex part 3 and a wing root 4 are held, the convex part 3 shifts from a held position A to a position B where distortion is released because the whole long material 1 deforms when the distortion in process is released by releasing the holding of the convex part 3. A re-holding position C that is a position correcting the position B with the deformation of the long material 1 by the tare weight of the long material 1 is determined, the convex part 3 is held again at the re-holding position C, and the free-form surface is processed again to the long material 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】長尺材に自由曲面が加工された製品の最終仕上がり状態の精度を向上させた長尺材に自由曲面を加工する方法を提供する。【解決手段】凸部３及び翼根４を把持した状態で長尺材１に自由曲面を加工した後、凸部３の把持を解放することによって加工時の歪みが解放されるときに長尺材１全体が変形することにより、凸部３は、把持されていた位置Ａから歪みが解放された位置Ｂに移動する。位置Ｂを長尺材１の自重による長尺材１の変形量で補正した位置である再把持位置Ｃを決定し、再把持位置Ｃで凸部３を再把持し、長尺材１に再び自由曲面を加工する。【選択図】図５
