Zusammenfassung: | To provide an axial gap type motor comprising a magnetic core which can be easily manufactured while maintaining an excellent magnetic characteristic.SOLUTION: An axial gap type motor (100) comprises: a stator (110) including a stator core (111) as an annular magnetic core and a plurality of coils (112); and a pair of rotors (120) each of which includes a back yoke (121) as the annular magnetic core and even-numbered permanent magnets (122). The pair of rotors is arranged so as to be opposite each other while nipping the stator through a gap in a direction of a common rotational axis. The stator core includes a plurality of salient pole parts arranged so as to be faced to the gap between each of the pair of rotors and the stator at an equivalent interval in a circumference direction as a center of the rotational axis. Any one of or both of the stator core and the back yoke is a dust magnetic core formed by a soft-magnetic powder, and is divided into a plurality of members by a flat surface which is not crossed to a magnetic circuit in an operation of the motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】良好な磁気特性を維持しつつ容易に製造可能な磁心を備えるアキシャルギャップ型モータを提供する。【解決手段】環状の磁心としてのステータコア(111)及び複数個のコイル(112)を含むステータ(110)と環状の磁心としてのバックヨーク(121)及び偶数個の永久磁石(122)をそれぞれが含む一対のロータ(120)とを備え、一対のロータは共通の回転軸の方向においてギャップを介してステータを挟んで互いに対向するように配置されており、ステータコアは一対のロータのそれぞれとステータとの間のギャップに面し且つ上記回転軸を中心とする円周方向において等間隔に配置された複数個の突極部を備えるアキシャルギャップ型モータ(100)において、ステータコア及びバックヨークの何れか一方又は両方が軟磁性粉末からなる圧紛磁心であり且つ当該モータの稼働時における磁気回路と交差しない平面によって複数の部材に分割されている。【選択図】図4 |
