HEAD-MOUNTED DISPLAY

To provide a head-mounted display which improves safety and reliability by suppressing a temperature rise of a built-in electric component and suppressing a temperature rise in a location with a possibility in contact with a human body.SOLUTION: In a head-mounted display 100 which comprises a display part 101 including a light source and a housing part 103 driving the display part and can be mounted on a head 200 of a user, a contact member 105 in contact with the head is attached at a side closer to the head of the user on a side face of the housing part 103, and a protection member 107 is attached at a side away from the head of the user on the side face of the housing part. A first ventilation part 106 is formed between the housing part and the contact member, and a second ventilation part 108 is formed between the housing part and the protection member.
